Delete your Drape account
In the app (quickest)
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account & data, then type DELETE. Everything is removed from the app within 24 hours, and you're signed out.
Without the app
Email ben@evecount.com from the address you sign in with, and write "Delete my account". We delete your account and data, then reply to confirm it's done.
What's deleted
Your account, your photo and its masks, your measurements and tone answers, your saved garments, your size feedback and all try-on results. Backups that still contain them are deleted within 14 days.
What's kept
Nothing linked to you. Usage events tied to your account are deleted with it.
